All Sales Are Final

For sanitary reasons, all hair extensions, bundles, closures, frontals, and hair products are non-refundable and non-returnable once used, worn, altered, or removed from their original packaging.

Returns

Returns may only be accepted if:

• The item received is incorrect.

• The item arrives damaged.

• The item remains unused, and in original packaging 

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be approved for incorrect or damaged items only. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving their order.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
